1. Service Description

DroneKlar is a digital training platform that helps you prepare for the theoretical A2 drone exam in Norway. The service offers:

• A comprehensive selection of practice questions divided into 6 categories

• Mock exams that simulate the official exam

• Progress tracking and statistics

• Offline functionality (PWA)

DroneKlar is an independent training platform and is not officially approved by the Civil Aviation Authority or the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. We only provide preparation for the exam - not the exam itself.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Creation

To use DroneKlar, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have consent from a guardian)

• Provide a valid email address

• Create a secure password

• Accept these terms of use and our privacy policy

2.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information confidential

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate

• Not sharing your account with others

2.3 Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the settings page. Once you delete your account, all practice progress, exam history, and user settings will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Important: Payment transactions are retained for 7 years with Stripe (legal requirement). See our privacy policy for more information.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing Model

DroneKlar offers the following access levels:

• Free trial period: 25 questions (no credit card required)

• 4 days of access: 249 NOK (one-time fee)

• 31 days of access: 399 NOK (one-time fee)

• 90 days of access: 599 NOK (one-time fee)

All prices include Norwegian value-added tax (VAT). Access begins immediately after payment is completed.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Vipps (via Stripe)

3.3 Refund and Withdrawal Rights

⚠️ Important about withdrawal rights:

DroneKlar is a digital service delivered immediately. According to the Withdrawal Act § 22 letter a, you DO NOT have withdrawal rights when you purchase access to digital content that is delivered immediately.

By completing the purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that the service is delivered immediately, and therefore the withdrawal right is waived.

No refund is given for unused days if you:

• Delete your account before the access period expires

• Do not use the service during the period you have paid for

• Dislike the content or user experience

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes apply only to new purchases - not to already paid access.

4. Access and Use of the Service

4.1 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DroneKlar for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree to NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from DroneKlar

• Sell or sublicense access to the service

• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to collect data

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Share your login information with others

• Use the service for commercial purposes without written consent

• Reverse-engineer or decompile parts of the service

4.3 Availability

We strive to keep DroneKlar available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Planned maintenance

• Technical issues

• Force majeure (events beyond our control)

5. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on DroneKlar, including but not limited to:

• Exam questions and answer options

• Explanation texts

• Design and user interface

• Logo and trademarks

• Source code and software

...is protected by copyright and belongs to DroneKlar or our licensors. You do NOT gain ownership of the content by using the service.

5.2 Accuracy of Content

We do our best to ensure that all questions and answers are correct and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is 100% error-free or always reflects the latest changes in regulations.

Important: DroneKlar is a training tool. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient knowledge before taking the official exam.

6. Limitation of Liability

⚠️ Important limitation of liability:

DroneKlar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do NOT guarantee that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted

• You will pass the official A2 exam

• All content is 100% correct and up to date

• The service meets all your expectations

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We are NOT liable for:

• Indirect losses or consequential damages

• Loss of profit or income

• Loss of data (use backup)

• Loss resulting from not passing the exam

• Loss resulting from third-party actions (e.g., Stripe, Supabase)

7. Termination and Account Closure

7.1 Your Right to Termination

You can terminate your use of DroneKlar at any time by deleting your account through the settings page. Paid access is not refunded upon deletion.

7.2 Our Right to Closure

We reserve the right to close or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You breach these terms of use

• You abuse the service

• We suspect fraud or illegal activity

• We are required by law or authorities

In case of closure due to breach of the terms, no refund will be given.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may update these terms of use from time to time. For significant changes, we will inform you via:

• Email to your registered address

• Notification upon logging into the app

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using DroneKlar and delete your account.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes should be sought resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by ordinary Norwegian courts with Oslo District Court as the jurisdiction.
